This rooftop transformation of an early 20th century industrial building merges history and contemporary design, creating ten unique duplex penthouses. The meticulously restored and refabricated tile façade showcases the craftsmanship of the original era, employing techniques faithful to the building's heritage. An additional floor at the rear enabled the creation of striking double-height maisonettes, contributing 400 sqm of new living space while preserving the building's character.
