Transforming this protected 1895 industrial structure into a dynamic corporate headquarters started with a comprehensive workplace strategy to support organisational change. A tailored design solution was created to optimise the internal layout and create spaces that are functional, smart and flexible. Penetrating the building’s 25m depth are a series of strategically placed ceiling apertures flood the interiors with natural light.
By incorporating natural planting, these light wells also serve as green oases – offering areas for collaboration, relaxation, and reflection. Multifunctional spaces and amenities – including a café, bar, fitness area and yoga room – places emphasis on creating a vibrant, adaptable workspace that fosters genuine creativity and wellbeing.
