

On the historic site Berlin’s first television signal broadcast, two office buildings take form, understated yet purposeful in design. Rooted in the foundations of structures lost to war, the design maintains and references the site’s heritage character. Corten steel façades, echoing the rhythm of the adjacent brick architecture, filter light and shadow. Timber structures support green roofs, integrating photovoltaic systems to balance sustainability and form. Below, mobility hubs replace paved surfaces, returning the park back to its historical state.
